Not your business... is a nonprofit harm-reduction organization helping people access essential supplies through the mail. We believe everyone deserves practical tools for staying safer, without shame, lectures, or barriers.

Our Mission

To reduce overdose, infection, and preventable injury by expanding access to naloxone, sterile needles, fresh pipes, and clear harm-reduction information.

Our Approach

Harm reduction meets people where they are. We support informed, safer choices while respecting every person's dignity and autonomy. Abstinence is never a condition for care.

Important Information

Naloxone can temporarily reverse an opioid overdose. If someone may be overdosing, call emergency services immediately, administer naloxone if available, and stay with them until help arrives.
